CRAIG EMMIT COLE, MD

Assistant Professor of Medicine, Division of Hematology/oncology; Director of Clinical Research, Breslin Cancer Center, Michigan State University.

He is a board certified Hematologist who completed his undergraduate degree at Michigan State University and his doctoral degree at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. 
Dr. Cole then became an attending hematologist at Gundersen Health System in La Crosse, Wisconsin for 9 years. Here, he expanded his research interest to include multiple myeloma, non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, therapeutic apheresis, and myelodysplasia; participating as the onsite primary investigator for over 21 clinical trials.

KARTHIK RAMASAMY, MBBS, FRC PATH, PHD

Consultant Haematologist at Oxford University Hospital NHS Trust and Associate Professor at Haematology, Radcliff, Department of Medicine, Oxford UK.

Dr. Ramasamy undertook his general medical training at Nottingham followed by early haematology training at Glasgow. He subsequently moved to London in 2002 and undertook a comprehensive haematology-training programme encompassing all subspecialties of haematology, including bone marrow transplantation and PhD in Myeloma studies at Kings College Hospital.
He is now the Director of the Oxford Myeloma Translational Research Centre and Lead Clinician for myeloma and other plasma cell dyscrasies at the Themes Valley Cancer Alliance Group.

DR. HEATHER-DAWN LAWSON-MYERS

Owner of Liguanea Family Dental and was the first and only female Chairperson of the Dental Council of Jamaica.

Dr. Lawson-Myers is an active member and the current President of the Jamaica Dental Association (3rd term). She has served as Treasurer and has also assumed the role of Chairperson of the organization’s 38th and 45th International Annual Conventions. Dr. Lawson-Myers was the first female Chairperson of the Dental Council of Jamaica. Prior to that, she served the Council for six years and has held various positions, including Chairperson of the Dental Board Examination Committee and Chief Dental Examiner.
